Kim Kardashians CBD Baby Shower Was Epic and Here’s Why

Yes, CBD and babies aren’t two words you’d typically put together and we are by no means promoting CBD use while pregnant — we repeat, do not use CBD while pregnant, but the underlying theme of relaxation we can get on board with.

If there is ever a time to reset and restore its right before your fourth child (or third, or second, or first). And when the Kardashians throw a party, you know it’s going to be all or nothing. If this shower is any indication, no one relaxes quiet like a Kardashian. And apparently no one chills out quiet like Kim Kardashian.

CBD theme aside the baby shower was the ultimate chill-out that our pregnant-selves wish we got the exclusive invite to.

Let’s start with the sound bath, which personally we think every baby shower should include.

A sound bath is a form of meditation. Instead of the traditional meditative state that involves clearing your thoughts through mostly silence, sound baths include *spoiler alert* sounds! Participants lie on their backs and are quite literally bathed in sounds through instruments like singing bowls, gongs, chimes and more. The intention of the carefully orchestrated sounds is to help balance one’s energy by letting the brain go.

With pregnancy hormones running wild, and a never ending to-do list as baby approaches, sound baths are what every epic baby shower needs.

Following the sound bath Kim’s guest were able to make their own flower arrangements. We truly can’t imagine a more perfect scene. Beautiful flowers, made through your own creative juices after a serene healing session, yes please.

And of course, guests ended the event by indulging in CBD product goody-bags, including bath salts, oils, and more. Even if you can’t use CBD products during pregnancy, surrounding yourself with friends and family emanating relaxed energy might be the second best thing.
