Larq Self Cleaning Water Bottle:

Ladies if one thing is for dang sure we need to stay on top of our hydration game throughout our pregnancy. While pregnant, The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) recommends you get 64 to 96 ounces of water per day *gulp*. Good news, with this aesthetically pleasing water bottle you won’t even need a reminder to drink more water because you won’t want it out of your site.

The Larq Self Cleaning Water Bottle does exactly as it’s name describes with the simple push of a button. Press the button on the cap once for a 1-minute cleaning session, or twice for a 3-minute cleanse. If you forget due to pesky pregnancy fog, no problem, the bottle even automatically cleans itself every 2 hours. The cap let’s out UV-C light, which according to Larq’s site, is is effective at killing 99.9999% of harmful bacteria, viruses and contaminants. Not to mention it’s chemical free, mercury free, and you don’t have to worry about replacement filters. A win-win when you’re trying to stay healthy and hydrated for your growing babe.

Best of all, your water comes out tasting crisp clean cool, you’ll have a hard time drinking water any other way.

Inner Compass Cards

:

One thing about pregnancy, your brain is going a million miles per minute. It can be hard to keep track of your scattered thoughts. Did I feed the dog? Do I have enough onesies? Diapers? Did I send that email? Sometimes we just need to take a beat and check in with ourselves. Enter, Inner Compass Cards. Inner Compass Cards are a deck of 49 carefully curated cards designed to be a fun tool for inner reflection and personal growth. The cards are each labeled with a different intention guiding you to both reflect and embrace new positive affirmations.

As their site states, “Every day shuffle the deck with focus and intention, pick one or more cards instinctively, and your intuition will guide you toward a new pattern of belief and positivity. Every card represents a unique theme that will revive consciousness and stimulate motivation. It is impossible to choose the wrong card; the right one will always present itself!” And it even comes with a guide book to help navigate.

What better time to work on personal growth than during pregnancy? Plus it’s a fun unique way to pass the days as you eagerly anticipate baby! Give it a try on their website now by picking a virtual card.

Mommesilk Pajamas:

We are staunch believers that every pregnant mama needs silk pajamas. Period, full stop, end of discussion. These silk pajamas will have you not wanting to change into “normal” clothes ever again. Given that these pajamas are 100% pure silk, they are incredibly soft and ooze luxury the minute you slip them on.

The best way we can describe them is, they feel like fresh lotion on your body. The stretchy pants waist allows for a growing bump so you can wear these throughout your pregnancy and after. The button down pajamas are a great pair to include in your hospital bag as well, for easy skin to skin contact with your baby or breast feeding. Plus they come with an eye mask, which even if you have no sensitivity to light, is a great way to protect your face from wrinkles while sleeping on your side.

Bala Bangles:

We are obsessed with these weights, and we’re not alone. If you are active on tiktok or Instagram, no doubt you’ve seen these eye catching bangles. They’re the perfect accessory for our pregnant girl walks (like the hot girl walk but slower, more on that later).

We’re not entirely sure why it took so long to create stylish ankle weights, and if we’re being honest we’re also a little upset we didn’t think of it first. The Bala Bangles have amassed a cult-like following and we totally see why. They’re sleek, comfortable and versatile. You can wear them on your wrists or ankles, and have no fear they’re pinch-proof too. The bands are made of recycled stainless steel wrapped in baby-soft silicone. The athletic elastic band and ultra-strong velcro allow for a custom fit for every body,. Did we mention they come in 16 cute colors?

More importantly (as far as our workout is concerned) the bands come in one pound, or two pound sets. They’re the perfect pairing for our low intensity prenatal workout when we need that extra oomph. Believe us when we say, you’ll definitely feel that extra oomph next time you throw them on for a Pilates class, yoga class or grocery store run.

H&M Maternity Legging:s

Ok so at first sight these might seem pretty basic. They’re just black leggings right? But trust when we say these are the best maternity leggings in town.

They’re incredibly soft you’ll want to wear them every single day. They’re form fitting without being tight. Most of all we love how long they are - they actually go past the ankle so you can dress them up with Gucci loafers and a button down or Veja sneakers and hoodie. Whatever identity you feel like being these leggings have you covered.

Oh and did we mention they’re only $15?
